The location is amazing, with clean streets and many street vendors. The hotel is in a nice neighborhood with convenient access to shops and malls. The main room and separate main bedroom are spacious, and the CR is clean. The AC keeps the rooms cool even in the sun.
Can't fault the property in any way.

This hotel was excellent place for exploring Manila, loved it. Room was huge and that was excellent. Good private parking.
Sadly, but there was bad smell in some areas.

This hotel offers excellent value for money with its affordable prices and attention to detail. The staff are friendly and helpful, providing basic amenities and rooms with complimentary breakfast included. The location is fantastic, just a few minutes walk to the main malls and close to the Greenbelt area in the center of Makati.
All was ok, but the hotel could improve on a few things.

The only thing positive is the location in Makati
This is not a hotel. Just poor equipped condo's in an old tower. The rooms don't look like the pictures shown on the side. The beds were horrible hard and old. The aircon made a noise like there was a truck in the room. Left after a bad night sleep as early as possible. Will never come back and don't recommend this to anybody. You can find better places for less money in Makati.

I recently stayed at this hotel and I was pleasantly surprised by a few things. the location was fantastic. It was close to The Green Belt shopping center, which made it really convenient for shopping and dining. Secondly, the staff were friendly and attentive, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. Additionally, the rooms had a nice old movie charm to them, with balconies offering a great view. The breakfast served was also a pleasant surprise, with a variety of options to choose from. this hotel offered great value for money and I would definitely recommend it.
All was well during my stay.

The security guards were amazingly helpful and courteous. Most of the front desk staff were also great. The location is great. 2 blocks to Greenbelt Mall and right in the heart of the business district of Makati.
The breakfast cost 6$US per person and it always arrived cold. I ended up canceling it cause it wasn't very good. It wasn't convient to me cause it came at the same time no matter if I wanted to sleep in or not have breakfast. You should give that service as an option and just lower the price of the hotel room. I also didn't like that there was no free wi-fi. Most hotels offer this for free now or at least on a very discounted price. I believe it was 10US$ for 24hours. That's outrageous. Smart internet costs around 1000php for a month and they want to charge 400php+ per day. It was very inconvenient to have no internet in the hotel room for a 11 day stay

The hotel staff was extremely helpful, felt like being served at a 5 star hotel.
The lighting in the room was a little depressing.

Located in a bustling neighborhood, this hotel offers easy access to a plethora of dining and shopping options. the rooms are spacious and well, appointed, featuring modern amenities such as a well, equipped kitchenette, hot shower. the staff is friendly and obliging, catering to guests' needs with a smile. Breakfast is served in, room, at the traveler's convenience. Plus, the complimentary bottled water, tea, and coffee make for a welcome touch.
The hotel could benefit from a bit of a refresh, as some furnishings show signs of wear and tear.

Fantastic location by Greenbelt Mall complex. a handful of great little bars and coffee shops right on the doorstep too. I have stayed in this area before to visit the Thai Embassy (2 minutes walk) and the neighbouring hotels are very expensive due to the upmarket location/area.
The breakfast (delivered to your room) is very poor and not worth getting excited about. Only 2 small bottles of water supplied at the start of any stay with extra water only at additional charge. But there are so many great eateries and 24hour 7/11 shops close by so getting some food/drinks in is easy and cheap.

Our romantic getaway was enjoyable. The spacious and clean room with comfortable beds provided us with a good night's sleep. We appreciated the excellent water pressure in the shower and the convenience of the kitchenette, which included a large fridge and microwave. The location was fantastic, as it was within walking distance of various restaurants and malls. the staff was helpful and efficient, making our stay pleasant.
There were a few negative aspects. The room decor was outdated, with broken cupboard doors and a broken faucet for cold water in the washbasin.

The location is superb if you are looking for shopping and access to all the local amenities of Makati city. It is just a short walk to Greenbelt shopping and Glorietta, and if one turns left out of the hotel and left again there are many restaurants to be found along this road. The room was very clean, larger than expected and quite stylish too. Excellent value for money.
The check in was a little slow. The aircon was far too loud to be kept on at night and have any hope of sleeping. Though this is typical of many hotels. We slept well anyway. The cold water tap in the shower didn't work which meant a hot shower was the only option (rm 1402).
